Minor outage Thursday afternoon

Thursday afternoon at 4:55pm, a serious database error occurred. As a result users could not log on Virtual Manager.

When we discovered this, we immediately deactivated contract expiry and auction expiry. So fortunately no users should have lost anything due to this outage.

To solve the issue, we had to close down the site for about 10 minutes. We fixed the error and opened thereafter the site again.

We're very sorry that this error occurred. We hope you too are glad that the error was found and fixed quickly nonetheless.

Oh well, it's up and running again, although I was just installing Firefox on my new laptop and I couldn't log on so I uninstalled it because I thought it was just Firefox but I soon found out that it wasn't just that because I checked on my iPod. It's working again now though, so tht's good smiley
