Lots of bug fixes

As you're probably aware, we are fixing bugs reported in our bug tracker on a regular basis.

However, the list of open bug reports have been growing faster than we've been able to handle the last couple of months. Therefore, we've been focused on fixing as many bugs as possible for the last two weeks.

The result is, that we have processed over 300 bug reports (including reports in other languages than English) so that we're now at only a few open bug reports (we're still awaiting feedback from the reporters in the last ones).
