Our servers are currently calculating and sending Stadium Credits and building the foundations for your new stadiums.
That is why you might see an empty grass field at the moment if you click "My club > Stadium".
We expect this proces to have completed around 3:30pm.

2 million credits for the new stadium set up what a sham,think we all been ripped off
new ideas for the game, that never quite work until a few weeks down the line, then the same old reasoning: the server couldnt handle the workload or somebug has got into the system and we are trying to correct it asap.
come on boys this used to be so much better until you decided to keep trying to fix something that wasnt broke.
bring back the old VM
Looks like I'm stuck with it that's all I get for a 33400 stadium what have other people got who had around the same capacity as me I would be interested to see what others got

Would you pay for a car and then they tell you that you have to wait a week before the engine comes i dont think so Also were not moaning as such just letting the dudes know whats happening so they can fix it

*******Well to be frank, yes I did expect it to just work. Why shouldn't I, that is what i was told would happen so why would i not expect it, it's called customer service! Not hot on too many agenda's nowadays but still sought by most customer.
easy steps are:-
create upgrade
test upgrade on passive system
ensure server can deal with upgrade (if not, don't install upgrade til it can)
install upgrade - no problems!
All potential problems were reasonably foreseeable by the creators and could/should have been ironed out before installation.
What did they say earlier - ther're not gonna rush upgrades through but instead make sure that they do it right - not demonstrated here I'm afraid

Can non premium teams add seats to 4,500 seats like they used to or does it stop at 4280.............. surely if we could add 240 more seats (which is what a corner stand takes on upgrading to level 3) it would be closer to to 4,500 seats.....it would be 4520.....or will eventually we be able to add individual seats....

Yes it looks nice but thats not going improve my club, my question what is the point of having fewer seats?because your stadium looks ''Cool"

i got my credits (over 3 mill.c), but i cant upgrade the stadium!!..it says the cost are 400c

was informed i had 2.8 million credits to build stadium yet i have used 2.5million to get to level 3 but all has been taken from my account not the so called credits i was given.
stadium looks great, but very dissappointed in the whole saga including the fact i have lost revenue, my next training upgrade is a long way away now.
i am contemplating just calling it a day and finding some other football manager game to participate in.
Mine is working perfectly. Good job, now we need to keep the upgrades going by adding refreshments like the pros.
For me, I've played the game, slowly building up stadium then training, stadium then training.. now I've just been put back a year or so. My 66,000 stadium is now a 33,000 stadium. Even if I put ticket prices up, I'm still going to be making 25-40% less per season.
2 years ago, over 4 out of 5 VM player said the developers should concentrate on game-play rather than how the game looks. I'm still foolish enough to play, but there's been little to no meaningful game-play developments in the last couple of years, and certainly nothing that rewards skillful play. Feel pretty let down really...
If you spend regular Credits on your upgrades it is because you have tried upgrading something you could not afford with your Stadion Credits. If you want that purchase to be cancelled write support, and we'll help you
And as Stadium-Credits was meant to be a refund our the money spend on your stadium it makes sense you did not get any.
