A minor update for the weekend

** Database Upgrade **

As I mentioned yesterday, we will make yet another attempt to upgrade our database server on Monday. Therefore, there will be few hours of downtime on Monday morning.

Just like last time, the site will be closed at 6:30 GMT, and we expect to be up and running again before noon.

** Beta match simulator **

Today we have uploaded the latest version of the beta match simulator.

Since our last update, most of our work has been put into finishing all the boring things that need to happen in the background, to prepare the site for the new match simulator. We have also spent a lot of time on small tweaks and fixes in the match simulator and match viewer.

We do have a couple of new features that are actually visible to you:

• Injuries! We know everyone loves injuries, so I'm sure this feature will be welcomed by all ;) Don't worry, though, even if you play a beta match and a player is injured, the injury and energy loss won't be saved, and therefore have no impact on your team.
• Substitutions during the game: The substitutions, you define in the "Adjustments" section of the tactics editor, are now actually performed. Remember, however, that an adjustment will not be executed if it contains an invalid substitution, for example if you try to put in a player who is injured or has already been on the pitch.
