HTTR manager moves to sign household names

Earlier today, the manager of HTTR got off the couch to sign for a delivery. In that delivery were BIG household names such as Pepsi Max, Pringles and Warburtons. The delivery required a signature. The Pepsi Max is performing beyond expectations thus far, but the Pringles and Warburtons are yet to see any action.

I thought you cold only make these kinds of signings in January when the window is open???

I'm questioning the legality of this signing, presumable they didn't come in through the window?
