City of Ely f.c manager, Brendan Rodgers has joined the Sky Sports crew as a pundit and will be on the show every Sunday to review, and evaluate the season just gone.

"It's great for me to join the Sky Sports crew! I will really enjoy it here, as I already met some of the pundits in the past like Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville. We met at The Carling Cup final in 2012. It was a great experience, and I can't wait to start the job!"

Rodgers will appear on the show on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday night for an hour to preview, evaluate, and commentate on games. He will be on a four-year contract, with a deal being worth £75,000 a season.

"I'm not bothered about my wages. It is just a pleasure and honour to be here, and be around such experienced and loyal pundits!"

Rodgers will join the Sky team for tomorrow nights season evaluation which will start at 07:00pm, and finish at 08:00pm.
