Remember that logomakers are volunteers - they do not get paid. Remember that!

Rules for logo / banner and federation banner searching

Rule 1: No headlines and threads in LARGE type.

Rule 2: It is not allowed to create a topic if the same subject is already in another topic. Use the search function, before creating a new thread. So-called 'dual topics' will be locked with a link to the original thread.
- Logos and banners MUST be searched in the same topic! You may only have one active topic in the forum.

Rule 3: It must be clearly indicated in the headline, what the topic contains. No *****, look here *** and similarities. These topics will be locked.
- The title has to be "what you are looking for" - "your club name" (Example: Logo/banner - Zune United)

Rule 4: The language of the forum must be appropriate! Admin's punish people for inappropriate language. You can risk warnings, forum bans, fines & login bans.

Rule 5: It is forbidden to write to the logo / banner makers to ask for a logo, banner or other graphic.

Rule 6: You may bring your topic to the top once a day, and only once a day!
Everything that you write in your topic brings it to the top. The day you create your topic counts as an 'up', so you are not allowed to bring your topic to the top again that day. Comments / answers to others must be posted within 15 minutes after the graphic is received.
- Do you write two comments/answers, one after another within the same day, it will also be considered as a "to-the-top" commment.

Rule 7: You are only allowed to have one active topic and only one!
Logos and banners MUST be searched in the same topic!

Rule 8: There can only be logos and banners created for clubs, who have valid VM premium.

Rule 9: You can only search a logo or banner for the club name you have right now.
If you are about to change your club name, you have to wait until you HAVE changed your club name. If you are looking for a logo or banner with other text than your current club name, it will be locked.

Rule 10: Do not post in topics older than 30 days, even if you are the creator. If you want to use your topic after its been inactive for 30 days, please create a new thread.

Rule 11: If your topic are 30 days or older, it will be locked. Then you'll have to wait 30 days and you can then make a new topic and start requesting. * THIS RULE IS CURRENTLY NOT IN USE *.

Rule 12: If you get up to 10 logos and banners in your topic, your topic will be locked, and you'll be able to request again 15 days after.

Rule 13: You must not post in anyone's topic unless you are posting them a graphic, as this brings their topic to the top. Any other communication must be done through. Any posts with no graphics in them will be classed as unnecessary comments.

Rule 14: You have to speak English or your topic will be locked.
If you start speaking another language and we lock your topic, you can send us a mail, and tell us, that you'll speak English in the future. And we'll unlock your topic.

Logo:
Must contain your current club name
May contain manager name and the year the club was founded / established

May not contain any other text!

Federation banner:
The group name has to be in the badge otherwise it will be rejected.


Other:
Examples of text that will be rejected: Made by "logomakers name", slogans, advertisings for external web sites/forums etc.


Logos and banners need to have readable text.


If the quality of the graphic is very bad it will be rejected

Copies of others graphics will be rejected!

If your logo and/or banner is rejected several times, then stop uploading it.
Ask in the Support topic about the reason of the rejection. Remember to post a link to the logo and/or banner so we can see what's wrong.

Guidelines for the logo makers and others in Logos/banners

# 1: Do not write in topics unless you have made logo or banner for the club.

# 2: Dimensions for banner: 950x70 pixels
Dimensions for logo: 96x96 pixels

# 3: Logos can only contain text; club name, manager name, and year founded / established
Banners can only contain text; club name without any short forms, manager name, and year
You can add images like IRL club logos, but no other text than the mentioned.

# 4: The club's name must be easy to read on logos and banners.

# 5: No copying of other banners or logos is permitted in this game!

# 6: Animations are not allowed on either banners or logos

# 7: Banners may not be disturbing in their designs.

# 8: It must be in one of the file formats: jpg / gif

# 9: Do not use signatures, advertising banners for your club or anything like this in the forum.
The forum contains enough graphics in the topics as it is, and if you post a signature with images in it will eventually become completely unmanageable. Advertising and signatures will be removed by moderators and repetition can lead to spam notification and fines or forum bans.

# 10: Let the moderators of the forum do their work without interfering.
Do not point violations of the rules to the clubs, but contact a moderator instead through mail if you observe something a moderator might have missed.

# 11: If you see indications of cheating, remember that you must raise a support ticket and not comment on it in the forum.
Do not start discussions/debates about cheating in the topics, but avoid making logos and banners for the clubs you think are cheating.
