Hi! Is there anything that gives a more in-depth view in to scouting in the forums? Not on the scouts themselves but the actual process of scouting. Scouting individuals; What the different parameters do; etc.

Have you tried the Noob Bible?
The Noob Bible doesn't cover the above. It only covers information about the scouts but not about the actual process and the intricacies as in the original post.

I've been away from the game for about 3-4 years so I'm not up on the current scouting process
