Back in the game

So after losing my old account I created this one.

I have steadily grown my team into what it currently is.

A first team made up of average 24/25 year olds averaging around a 48 rating.

A youth team with some rejected talents.

Advanced training ground and 4 trainers who seem to help hold the players values.

My question is regarding financing for the long haul.

I currently sit in division 4 and bring in around 300k per season in ticket sales and maybe 100k in sponsors.

My stadium is at 8100 seats.

With 400k I have to pay wages, stadium repairs, trainers, which never leaves much cash.

What can I do in the game outside of flipping players to increase revenue to save for better players or facilities to improve current crop.

TIA

Forget training players for now. Your ground isn't good enough

Sell 24/25, buy old, get up a league or two, generate revenue
Get rid the youth team if not talents. Free transfer in some 22/23 yr olds, get up a league or two, build revenue

Save your money on trainers contracts for now
