How do you get the URL code from a logo through paint

Save it preferable as JPEG upload using photobucket or etc

Don't for get the Photoshop Express Editor

i am having some troubles to get gimp to work :/ when i try to install it it says something like ( gimp dos not seam to upload correct into the folder you chosen ) ???? i even try to upload it into other folder but it wont work so my question is what am i doing wrong ?
