You can bring your topic to the top of the forum once a day - no more.
If you do this more than once a day, your topic might be locked.
The day you create your topic counts as an 'up', so you are not allowed to bring your topic to the top again that day
It is allowed to make a comment after getting logo or banner, but it must be done within 15 minutes or it will be considered as an attempt to bring the topic up. Remember that replying to this message today will count as another attempt to bring your topic to the top.
