Banner for FC Dig Head

Greetings logo/banner makers

I'm looking for a banner for my club FC Dig Head. I already have a nice logo and i would very much like to have a nice banner in the same style.

The style i would like is grey and yellow (club colors). And i would also like the club name, FC Dig Head, and the birth year of the club, 2007, included in the banner.

I hope someone can help me out. I would be very grateful!
