Div 5 100M on entire 90 rated team

Can anyone explain how someone appears 3/4 way through a season and has 100M to spend on an entire team of 90 rated players?
Can't see any player sales last 6 or 7 seasons so where do you suddenly get 100M?

By the looks of things, he's been playing for over 2 years and just not been as active recently transfer wise.

Saved up all money he has received (stadium and training ground still very basic) and has just decided to throw caution to the wind, and splurge on a load of oldie goldies.

He's absolutely got the schlong out and slapped it on the table there

Just found it bizarre suddenly opening his squad.
Surely they'll be dropping by the time he reaches league 1. Why not wait to buy them after relatively easy move up? lol

Suppose he can go all out for cup competitions whilst climbing the leagues

Go for it. Invest in oldies and might win something before they retire. Always got a chance in the cup with a decent squad.
