Will this guy ever be worth anything?

He has one or two good training results but they are in between some pretty poor ones too.. Should I hang onto him for a bit to see if he improves or just release him?

If it were me personally, I would just release him, but then I'm ruthless when it comes to youths, he will probably make talent at some point, but I wouldnt have the patience to bother with him, he'll probably make 50 or 60k at some point if you hang on to him, but you may have to wait a while.

I might just wait until after next sunday and then if his trainng hasn't improved I'll release him.
