Wonder - Advice

Hi all

Ive recently come back to the site after being away for a while.
Ive built up a new squad and managed to buy myself a Wonder kid for 600k when he is worth 1.2million.
Firstly, if you purchased the player - would you sell him to gain a profit?
Secondly, is there any specific way to look after this player by training etc?!

OK, Im sorry to be a killjoy but here are my thoughts

- You have a training ground (3 silver stars) so his long term potential with you isnt as good as if your training was better.

- The price you paid is about what most people are prepared to pay, as confirmed by his history, so you are not likely (but not impossible) to make a quick profit

- He is 19 tomorrow meaning next week his value is likely to drop, if it doesnt tomorrow also.

However, Im not saying you wont make a profit.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news mate, but you need to sell immediately. He will lose his on his 19th birthday, guarantee it 100%. He will never get it back on ur training ground - also 100%. It's simply not big enough. In fact -his training is terrible, so to be honest, he has only just scraped and after he loses it at 19 he wouldn't even have a chance of ever getting it back on any training ground except WCTF on current training.

99% sure that he won't get a value boost tomoro and quite likely he will lose value.

Get your money back, or as close to it as possible before the Sunday update if possible, but certainly before 1PM on Monday when he will lose his , otherwise u will make a sizeable loss - You would be incredibly lucky to make any profit - basically no-one who knows what they're doing with will pay what you paid, but you might get lucky with someone who doesn't, but you need to sell quick because without the he is worth less than half what you paid, and he will DEFINITELY lose the at 1PM on Monday.

There is a section explaining more about in the Noob Bible - but basically I would stay well away from them until you understand them and know what you're doing with them. You will only ever lose money unless you know what you're doing.

You don't have VM premium, so "Secondly, is there any specific way to look after this player by training etc?! " doesn't make much sense - you cant use trainers without VM Premium, and you can't use training groups or methods without a trainer - if you don't have a trainer, then your players automatically train on normal intensity, on training match every day. need very specific training routines targetting key stats which you can't provide.

This post is getting toward the long side, so in summary (and apologies for repeating myself, it's late and im tired), what I'm trying to say is are complicated and you shouldn't buy them unless you know what you're doing and have the facilities to do it. The u have is terrible by Wonderkid standards, and you will lose most of the money you paid unless you sell within 24 hours.

Thanks for the advice guys. I sold him and made a profit too. Bought him for 630,000 and Sold him for 890,002 so I got a nice profit from him too.
