Improved tactics editor

The current tactics editor has some annoying limitations. You can't change your formation during a match, and you can't perform changes based on how the match plays out.

The new tactics editor should support the following:

• You should be able to define several formations within one tactic so that you can change it during the match
• You should be able to make changes during the match, based on how it plays out: whether you are in front or behind, how many minutes have been played, whether or not you have had a certain player injured, warned og sent off
• Support for setting corner kick, penalty kick, and freekick takers.
