How can we help you?

As most of you know, we're currently focusing our work on the new match simulator (watch the latest preview here).

However, every once a while we get an idea that is both good and easy to implement. This happened recently with an idea for a new help system.

This new help system is based on managers' concrete problems or questions. You simple enter a specific question or problem, and the system will try finding answers that match. For example you could enter "How do I get to player in another country?".

The help system is already online - you can check it out by clicking Help in the top menu. Here are a few examples you can try entering:

• What are the VM Premium benefits?
• When are the players' energy updated?
• I've found a bug. What do I do?
• I cannot recover my password.
• What is the meaning of life?

If no answers match your query you're referred to our supporters for personal assistance. Of course, you can also write our supporters without using the automatic help system.

With this new system, a lot of managers will get help immediately instead of having to wait for supporters to respond. And the supporters will have more time to write good replies to those who write them. Everybody wins :-)

Of course, we'll be improving the system by adding and adjusting problem/questions as we go.

Within a week or so, we'll be removing the drop down that appears when hovering Help in the topmenuen. If the new system works as intended it is no longer needed.
