Training results: % renamed to XP
Today we've implemented a tiny change in the way training results are displayed: % has been renamed to XP.
The official description of the percentages in training results was: "Percentage of an integer increase of a single ability". Phew, that's a mouthful and it's pretty far from people's intuitive understanding of percentages.
We recently started showing you how much your players' training is affected by being in a bad mood - also in percentages! That just made it even more confusing, so it was time for a change.
The bar on the player profiles that shows their progress in each ability was already heavily inspired by the classic experience bar that all gamer know, so renaming it to XP was pretty clear-cut. It's also easy to understand and explain that it takes 100 XP to level up a single ability.
This is probably the smallest change we've ever written an entire blog post about, but I'm sure that it'll make things a lot clearer, especially for newly started clubs.
