Bedford Wanderers manager, Gideon Spratt, has been very active in the transfer market and his latest signings, Áinle Mac Gately and Ron Edmead, have put the club back a combined 525,551 C.
Áinle Mac Gately accounts for 470,114 C of that total and the fans will be hoping that the ex-Brøndby Vestegnen man will live up to the high expectations a transfer fee of that size sets on a player.
A spokesperson for the Bedford Ultras Supporters Association told our publication: "We are very excited to see what Mac Gately and Edmead can bring to the club and we would like to praise the manager for the ambition that he is showing in bringing in players of this calibre".
