The traveling fans at Elmo FC Stadium were treated to a masterclass performance in the 7-0 demolition over Elmo FC. Young centre forward Justin Edgar demonstrated his great ability by scoring all 7 goals. The 21 year old had been in lethal form for his pervious team Latte HD scoring 162 goals in only 129 games and looks set to continue that form as his tally for Bedford Wanderers in his first 9 games now sits at 20.

Edgar's first goal came after only 9 minutes after an inch perfect cross from young Frenchman Davide Piedalu. Only 17 minutes later in the 26th minute Piedalu and Edgar combined again to score another goal. The talented Scot scored his hat-trick goal with a 18 yard net buster before rounding off the first half with a 45th minute goal to bring it to 4-0.

Manager Gideon Spratt had every reason to be pleased with his teams performance in the first half but he still had to warn them against complacency, and that he did.

Edgar's 5th goal of the game came in the 63rd minute after a glorious through ball by Under 21 New Zealand international Hayden Ericson. On the 71st minute Edgar latched onto another through ball by Ericson and put in his 6th of the game. Once again the New Zealander and the Scot combined in the 81st minute to complete the rout with a powerful shot rifled into the top left corner.
