Bedford Wanderers manager Gideon Spratt has every right to be delighted with his team's performance in the English Division 7 having not dropped a point all season and achieving an impressive goal difference of 106.

The Wanderers' fantastic season was characterised by the brilliant performances of Scottish forward Justin Edgar who notched up an impressive tally of 64 goals in his 28 appearances. While at the other end of the pitch the team conceded only 4 goals.

The high points of the campaign were their 8-0 and 7-0 victories over Jjjacob. While their lowest point was their 2-1 victory over Appit in which Adrian Mikoz was given his marching orders. Bedford Wanderers managed to beat local rivals Franko FC in both clashes this season with Franko FC narrowly missing out on promotion alongside The Wanderers.

Wanderers chairman and club legend Joe Gale was optimistic about the clubs' chances in Division 6 stating: "The aim for the coming season is to secure ourselves a consecutive promotion. We have the talent at the club for it to be possible and we have faith that Gideon Spratt will be able to lead the team to promotion into Division 5."
