Crawley have signed 28 year old Veikko Puikkonen in hope that he can score in their season campaign. We spoke to the Finland hitman and he said, "I've been working on the training ground for the past few weeks, and Mark has dfecided to sign me. I hope I can score lots of goals this season and help the club to success."

Last season he scored 6 goals in 5 appearances, which is 1.2 goals a game. We're just praying he is not the next Fernando Torres (at Chelsea).
