“We need to react”

Joseph Sharp, Manager of Crawley Town FC believes his players need to react to their poor form ahead of their game away to Rock n Rolla FC. After losing their final pre-season friendly at home to Gloucester 2-0, the reds’ form hasn’t been pretty. They began their league campaign with a 2-1 home defeat to Teletubbie United. Results afterwards included a 0-0 home draw against newly-promoted Riverside Athletic, who would’ve won if it were not for Noor Hossein in between the sticks, a
4-0 defeat away at high-flying Bernhardts Bomber, a first round exit in the FA Cup away at BakPolakken, and a 3-0 defeat away to Real Mediocre.
The Reds did manage to make it through to the 2nd round of the Newcomers’ Challenge, but this was due to Holgerdanskes gutter forfeiting.
Joseph Sharp spoke to the press and said, “I am disappointed about how the lads have played recently, but I am sure that we will bounce back. I have seen signs of positivity from the players in training, but it's about how we perform on the pitch. We need to react.”
