Reds end Nimica Toata’s perfect league run with hard-earned point at the Broadfield.

Crawley Town went into this game off the back of a 1-1 draw at Chris Allstars. The first real chance of the game came when Leonel Prez shot from a tight angle, only to see his shot saved by Joseph Ronayne. This proved to be the only shot on target from either sides in what was quite a bore-draw.

Joseph Sharp commented, “It was a well earned draw, we were denied by their defence, who clearly showed why they were top of the league.”

Crawley Town MotM Biaghino Amici said, “The game was full of nearly moments, we nearly scored if not for their last ditch tackles but that’s football. We need to accept that we have got a good result today and move onto our next game against Adelaide Tigers.”
