This upgrade comes ahead of estimation, helping the team improve faster and helps reaching the short term goal of reaghing to Large Training Facility.
Another 3-4 weeks are expected before that level is reached.
Sacrificing to improve the training facilities will make it hard in the long term to stabilize in 3rd Division. Our new updated goal is to rebuild in 4th division waiting to improve the squad or for the new youth team to be released, freeing up space for a first team that could be 10-20 ratings higher than the curent youth team.
