F.C. Viitorul board decided to pull the plug on the financing of the VM Premium and with it to cancel all outstanding projects.

This doesn't come as a surprise, following a disastrous season for the second time the club promoted in the 3rd division, with the same fate as the previous time.

Having relegated with only 1 point behind and despite having better chances overall to win or draw the matches over the whole season, with 4 points lost due to 'referee' influence, the Board decided enough is enough!

After a lot of investment in the club, both financial and time, it was decided that this is not worth pursuing at the moment and the continued delay of releasing the new Youth Team competition was also a big factor in taking this decision.

The club is proud to have been nominated in the Newcomer of the year and thanks all the supporting managers that have voted with us despite having started the year in the second quarter and not having reached it's potential.

Should the club ever be revived, the following demands must be fulfilled:
- Better tactics, in both capability(individual player orders) and execution of the orders, it is unacceptable to loose a game 0-2 when the CD is passing to opponent's forward twice!!! despite the tactics being: "Long Ball".
- Implementation of the Youth Squad.
- Better scouting system, as the current one is flawed.
