First youth to break into first team

Since the release of our youth teams a lot of talented youngsters have been recruited or were moved to train with the youth team.
Due to special circumstances it has now come the time to welcome 24yo 53 rated ML Kosmy Olszewki ( https://www.virtualmanager.com/players/13819269-kosmy-olszewki ) to start adjusting to life in the 2nd league, despite his young age and inexperience, but with a great future at our club for the foreseeable future.
The Board decided to take a risk in fielding a promising player from inside the club to allow the budget for the WCTF and not delay it for 1-2 seasons. The planning for the upgrade is already behind and so despite the improved potential level of players recruited by the club they don't get the highest available facilities yet which will have an impact on our future growth and profitability.
It is worth noting that he is not technically the first one to have graduated the youth squad and be promoted, since Nicolas-andres Scotto also spend a very short time with the youth before being promoted to the first team and become a solid player for our club.
We're also looking forward to have 23yo 53 rated DC Colm Magnan
( https://www.virtualmanager.com/players/13849083-colm-magnan ) join our Senior squad in 2 weeks but for now he's making history in 2nd youth division.
Our club puts the youth development at the heart of its strategy to evolve and such many more successfully trained and promising youth will follow in their footsteps.
