Finally upgraded to WCTF

Today is an important date for our club, marking the upgrade to the highest level facilities: World Class Training Facility.
As stated in our clubs financial accounts:

In what seemed to be an uphill battle during the last months where we had to sacrifice some of the talented youth discovered over the last 6 months
and for lower than usual prices just to get to the required 100 million Credits needed for this huge investment.
This upgrade comes after almost 8 months(next week) since the PTF upgrade but since then we managed to increase our team value from just under 34 M credits to 156M credits.
It is also just over 500 days since started playing, and no super youth was sold to reach this level since they came quite late and our club preferred to train them in-house and make history for our supporters.
The first training was promising, and we only hope it will continue to increase, here are the averages for the last training:
Senior - 149 Avg
Youth - 166 Avg
It was/is a risky situation for the club due to the aging of the first team squad, but one that will benefit our youth in their development which will allow us to compete at a higher level next year.
We have 2 players in critical positions (GK, DC) needing replacement with a high rating players so an additional 10M will be needed over the next 1-3 weeks.
Some income will be accumulated by selling the player, an estimated 33% while the additional income will be redirected from match income and future sale of talented youth reaching their training cycles.
Now the pressure is off from the training perspective, we will just need to plan ahead the replacement of the main squad as the seniors age.
We have 3 players coming from youth squad and having played in the Senior or being temporary replacements as they develop their skills:
25 yo FC https://www.virtualmanager.com/players/13776527-mun-wah-ling already started being prolific against lower rated teams, will become invaluable for 2nd division in the next period
24 yo ML https://www.virtualmanager.com/players/13819269-kosmy-olszewki just had his first 10 rating and with a better average rating than expected, despite lower rating he has decent match performance which will only increase
23 yo DC https://www.virtualmanager.com/players/13849083-colm-magnan ending his youth formation in 2 days but being already involved as we have an injury in the Senior squad and only the minimum 11 players?
Next a planned expansion of the stadium is expected, but it is too soon to make any announcements.
