It is a welcome to be manager of such a weak team I am very grateful to be part of your quittance as manager it is very good and aim very happy for this team but, I have examine a few things about this team that can be overwhelming at times we are not at it in most games and I want the players to hear me out I need them to improve we need to bring in the intensity we need to bring in that winning trait into this team and I want this squad to win games so as for us to be ranked high instead of low or medium so we need to keep up the intensity and bring every single trait they have on the training ground into goal scoring opportunities on the pitch so I'm examining what needs to be done for this club is the like of transfers we have made in the last few hours and I am very proud to have made those signings but; they need to prove their worth on the pitch they need to play as a team in this game and show perseverance
