When he first arrived at the ground there was mass hysteria from the fans that a top quality div 3 player was taking big steps down to div 7 mid tabe Nocturnel Knights. He was to have foretold the passing of the mid table philosophy that had seen the Knights remain in div 7 with the odd frolic into div 6, to the dominating side it is today, currently they are sitting pretty in div 5 after back 2 back promotions have seen them become a solid Div 5 side.

Alix believes that as long as grund remains they will be strong enough to remain in this division, however should he retire then we would need funds to try and find a replacement. Unfortunately to buy a similair player of his calibre now would cost 'far too much money for a club of ours to spend' and so its better for us to concentrate on youth development as if England want to win the next world cup they will need to see an influx of youth in the first team to add a bit of spice n desire into the mix.

Although if the legendary player stays then we could be set for even greater things to come, and maybe a new aim should be div 4 .....
