Today Daniel Razey retired from football today to become the full time manager of Razey Rovers.

Daniel Razey is the longest serving Rovers player making 2644 apperances for the club scoring 936 goals in those games after coming through the youth academy. His last appearance was a 6-1 win verse Foza Hunseby scoring all 6 goals for Rovers.

We caught up with the Rovers Legend and Manager to see what he had to say abut his retirement "Well it was about time i called it quits and focused solely on managing this club but i will miss being out on that field."

Razey's retirement marks a dawn of a new era for the club being the last player to retire from Rovers team that pulled of that famous win in the FA Cup many seasons ago. Now its down to the new youngsters to make their own memories and even make history for this great historical club.
