For the first time in the clubs long 5 year history, Razey Rovers have won promotion into Division 2 of France after winning the league by goal difference after a great season for them.

Having spent 11 seasons in Division 3 not even looking like fighting for promotion but instead fighting to avoid the drop majority of the time. But this season they would have luck run their way and got all the results that were needed for a surprising season that took them to the top. Their previous best finish was 3 seasons ago when they finished 5th, 19 points behind 2nd place and then proceeded to stay around the mid-table area.

We spoke to the Manager after they found out they would be getting promoted. "I'm amazed at what the team has done this season, I honestly didn't expect us to even fight for promotion let along win the league." He said.
"It nice that we are making history at finally getting into Division 2 for the first time in the clubs history and me and the lads will enjoy every minute of it and you never know we may surprise a few next season".

The players then sneaked up and tipped water all over the manager, Daniel Razey, as he writes himself even more into the clubs history books.
