Spion Kop FC have confirmed the signing of Centre Back Theophile Coppenol from FC Bangsebro and 23-year-old striker Kigutikkaq Hegelund from Amagerbro Utd. Coppenol played over 590 games scoring 18 goals while Hegelund played 188 games for his previous club, scoring 195 goals. Both signed for a undisclosed fee.

Spion Kop FC manager Brittion said "These two will be great players, one who will be a big impact now, the other for the future." Hegelund is rumored as a replacement for Spion Kop FC highly sought after star striker Martin Bo Kristensen, who has been rumored to be moving away from the Kop this summer. Hegelund has stated that he is "coming to play alongside Kristensen, not replacing him."
