INTRODUCTION
We started the year with roughly 30 million in bank balance and estimated 150 million worth of players. There are currently no plans to upgrade any facilities throughout 2019 so all profit is planned to be reinvested into better players. The ethos is to buy players at around 28.0yo and sell them at 32.5yo. Player's will spend age 28-29.9 training heavily in their key attributes to make them strong enough to be title contenders.Then, from 30-32.5 they are expected to compete for trophies, all the while accruing high ticket receipts, prizes and sponsorships. Players are then sold when 32.5yo for roughly 1/3rd of their original price tag. This process is to be continously run, with players getting more expensive, valuable and better with each cycle. We started the year inside the Top20 on Vifa and aim to stay in and around this range for most of the year. The target is to establish ourselves in the Top10 towards the end of the year and win a total of 30 major trophies by the end of 2019.
