Chaz City

"Push for Division 4" - Taff

Written 3 June 2012, 19:08

Charlie Taff, manager of Chaz City, has made a rallying cry to his team - gain promotion to Division 4 for the first time in City's history.

City recorded their best finish this season, 5th in Division 5 with 54 points, nine more than when they last accomplished this feat. City was third throughout the campaign, and dropped off towards the end of a memorable week for Chaz City supporters worldwide.

But Taff isnt satisfied their. He wants his team into Division 4 by the end of June and to establish themselves as a Division 4 team by the end of August.

"We have the money to do so" Taff commented to our reporter earlier. He added "The chairman called me earlier telling me that he had the funds avaliable for a push for Division 4. I might take him up on the offer."

With most of the old guard retiring, i wonder how many replacements Taff will have to make to make Division 4 a possibility.
