how do u do, i mean ur in the 3rd division ok different country but our teams are basically worth the same and yet i cant survive in division 6, I know its not real and its like its just a computer simulation but how do u get ur players to gell?

The reason why is because I have older, worser players which I am working on getting younger ones so their value is less but abilities higher
i never fire or sell players if possible they all retire and go down as legends then if they are good they come as assistants, trainers or scouts! my staff are mostly made of my players

i was also wondering that sponsors no matter how much i put even ifs scrapy money that wont help, I always get rejected, I'm going to upgrade to vm maybe tonight but I dont know if that will change anything and next season i will join the Italian league and maybe get u in the Italian cup, , yeah i have 2 coaches were i get my first team training together and my substitutes and reseves to to do a technique training with each other, with the first team I do a training match, I was wondering do i have to do a specific training regime?
