Manager of Maidstone Athletic informed local media about the current events.

"We are in the middle of a most exciting time for Maidstone Athletic. The young lads has played amazing and we have managed to climb our way into the English 5th division. In the ages around 21, that is quite the accomplishment. We have had some rough matches in the league, and have therefore decided to get some older players to the club, who have much more experience. We aim to stay in 5th division, and we felt that if we invest now, and bring older and better players, it will be worth it. Therefore we bid welcome to Stanleigh Greener, Vertiger Bolden, Leigh Harvey, Pun Ensor and Bobbie Jack. These fine players will earn us a safe spot in the 5th division, and the stability to fight for 4th."
