Maidstone Athletic have managed to get a very stable position in the English 4th division. Last season the team finished in 4th place, and finished 6th place this season. The players and manager are very happy about the results in the last seasons.

In other news, the captain of the team Pharian Godfrey have been announced class player by the VIFA at the age of 26. The training staff who have been training him daily since he was only 17, are very proud of the great accomplishment.

Despite the good news, unfortunately Martyn Hynes head coach in MA, announced that he would retire at the age of 60. The manager and Hynes have been working for many years, firstly in the club of Kilmarnock, when Hynes was 33 years old.
