Chowdhury was left cursing as Sildegapet came from behind twice to draw 2-2 with Krøl fc. Krøl fc opened the scoring from a corner in just the 12th minute. However, on the 34th minute Juilan Meija's shot was only parried into the corner of the net as Sildegapet drew level. However, immediately before half time, a long range effort from Eikelboom, the goal scorer for Krøl fc, hit the post and Vaghtang Topuridze was the first to poke it into the net. The whites were unable to respond but in the 84th minute, Maccarron's shot was well saved but Yasel Arana was unable to prevent Doolan also poking home. However, the home crowd, from jubilation went to indignation as the Cottagers took control of the tie and seemed to have won the tie as Maccarron collapsed in the box under Nico Fischer's challenge. The referee called for a penalty but the touch judge, who had a blocked view of the challenge, told the referee that Maccarron had been diving. Maccarron was booked and the Cottage was left deep in anger.
