Ulivo Basaglia has left the club after a successful stint as the whites front man. However, Chowdhury was not pleased to see the back of the Italian after losing out on cashing in on the Italian as his contract was due to expire this summer and so had to take a knock down price for the Italian.

However, he will always have a special place in the memory of Sildegapet fans after he scored 30 goals in just 27 matches for the whites. In his last appearance for the whites he scored four of his own goals as Sildegapet won in style 8-0. His scoring abilities will be sorely missed at the Cottage and surely that means that the hopes of the fans that the whites may be promoted this season is over.
