Sildegapet FC

Moving League at Last

Sildegapet's 52 season long stay in England could be cut at 53. The board of Directors has finally applied to move country. The Swedish Football Association told SBC and the BBC that they had definitely received an application for Sildegapet FC to play in Sweden. Britton was disappointed with the decision as he believed that the bad start was only a temporary mishap and they would be over it in a couple of games. However, the Board in their statement told the Press that the application could still be withdrawn if they finish in the top 4 but this looks unlikely as the table stands now. The stay in Sweden could be short with Turkey being increasingly linked with the Club. The Turkish FA have not told the Press whether they have received an application yet to play in Turkey. Many of the English fans of the Club will leave due to the extra cost of flying to Sweden to play their away games but their are many Swedish fans baying for the move to proceed. There are still hopes that the club will still play in England with a 7-1 win over Schwarz fc that took Sildegapet to 8th having played 4 games, and have also progressed well in the FA Cup showing enormous leaps of improvement. The battle for withdrawing the application continues.
