Over the last few seasons Britton has restarted Sildegapet's long lasting Career Saving Program. This takes in 15 to 16 year olds who have been rejected from other clubs and trains them until other, bigger clubs become interested in these players. Jonathan Maccarron was one notable player who came through this system. Michael Adami was another of these players, and he has been sold to Trufflers United for 12,000 credits. Britton was pleased to see him move on.
