Saturday night saw the PbPD title race go down to the wire in the final games. Here's how it all turned out.

8-00 -- And they are underway in the final games of the season. Where will the title go? Geralds United? Truro City? Dynamo Groby?

8-12 -- First goal involving the three teams in the title race, and it's bad news for Dynamo Groby, as they fall behind at Vale Park, to Ice Tea Devils. Dynamo must win tonight, to stand any chance of winning the title. It's an irrelevant goal, as far as Treliske Park (Truro City) and Muxloe Bridge (Geralds United) are concerned, as they will both finish ahead of Dynamo Groby if Groby fail to win.

8-20 -- Muxloe Bridge strangely subdued as Danchester City have started the brighter against current leaders Geralds United. Truro City are having the better of it in their game at Treliske Park, but Porters Angels are digging in and being stubborn. As it stands, Geralds United will be title winners tonight.

8-36 -- Huge goal, at Muxloe Bridge. Danchester City have done something they've never done before, scoring a goal away at Muxloe Bridge, and Geralds United are behind. Stunned silence at Muxloe Bridge, as it stands, Truro City's point will be enough to net them the title.

8-37 -- News filters through to Treliske Park, and Vale Park, about City's goal, and a roar of encouragement goes up at both grounds as the fans try to lift their teams towards the title.

8-40 -- Dynamo Groby are the first to respond to the chance to win the title, as Frankow Zewlakof slams home a penalty to level the scores at Vale Park with Ice Tea Devils. It won't be enough yet, but they'll be kicking down the famous Vale Park slope for the second half, and with wind behind, so they'll fancy their chances of turning this into a home win tonight.

8-41 -- Further quiet scenes at Muxloe Bridge, Geralds United haven't got going yet, and the Dynamo goal probably hasn't helped. Subdued at Treliske Park too, the Truro City support know that Dynamo will be fancied to go on and win that game now, so for City to win the title, they'll need to break stubborn Angels resistance.

8-46 -- HALF TIME -- Geralds United behind, Truro City and Angels level, Dynamo Groby also level with Ice Tea Devils. As things stand, Truro City will have the title on goal difference from Geralds United, with Dynamo a point further back.

9-21 -- 71 minutes played, and a huge, huge roar at Vale Park, as Dynamo Groby have the lead! The Aerial bombardment has paid off, and Ice Tea Devils broken. As things stand, Dynamo go top.

9-22 -- Treliske Park falls silent. They know Dynamo have scored, and Angels are stubbornly digging in and producing a superb display. Frustration setting in. Muxloe Bridge however, isn't quite so quiet. Geralds United are cranking up the pressure, and are penning Danchester City back into their own area, but with that Dynamo lead, Geralds United will need turn this 1-0 deficit into a win.

9-25 -- Dynamo Groby extend their lead at Vale Park, as they try to secure their grip on the league title. Elsewhere, Muxloe Bridge is still watching Danchester City cling to their lead, whilst at Treliske, Porters Angels are down to ten men as Darren Fife is given his second booking.

9-26 -- Truro City LEAD! The bizarre sending off at Treliske Park, followed by the penalty which Marcelo Zalayeta has converted, has lifted the roof off here, and as it now stands, Truro City will win the title.

9-27 -- Vale Park celebrations cut short, as news of the Truro City goal comes through. Dynamo need some help now, they need an Angels response to win the title. They are doing their bit in beating Ice Tea Devils, but they require an Angels goal. Geralds United still behind, but they've rattled the frame of the goal. Danchester City cling on.

9-29 -- More pressure at Muxloe Bridge, but no breakthrough. Geralds United have a hattrick in three minutes, they've hit the woodwork three times in the three minutes. Fans perhaps feeling, it might not be their night.

9-32 -- Dynamo Groby might well be OUT of the title race, as Truro City double their advantage at Treliske Park against ten man Porters Angels.

9-36 -- That's it for Dynamo Groby, Truro City take a commanding three goal lead against the Angels, who are collapsing following that sending off. Geralds United still behind when nothing less than a win will now do, as it stands, the title goes to Truro City.

9-38 -- GERALDS UNITED LEVEL!! They're back from the dead, and they have a chance, Geralds United never give up, and they've gotten the reward for the huge pressure they've been exerting on the Danchester City defence. Can they go on to win the game, and the title?

9-39 -- Treliske Park goes quiet, and almost doesn't celebrate Truro City's fourth goal tonight. They have heard Geralds United are level, and the nerves are kicking in up in the stands. As things sit now, Truro City win the title, Dynamo finish second, and Geralds United third.

9-40 -- Board is up at Muxloe Bridge - FIVE MINUTES to be added. Truro City have finished at 4-0, nothing more they can now do other than wait on news from Muxloe Bridge. Dynamo Groby cannot win the title, even with their win tonight.

9-44 -- Is this it? Geralds United have the ball in the net. And it's given. Four minutes into added time they've scored, and they lead against Danchester City. That could also be the goal that takes the title to Muxloe Bridge and Geralds United.

9-46 -- That is IT. Geralds United have won at the death, and won the title deep into added time, despite both Truro City and Dynamo Groby winning tonight.
