On Course

Dynamo Groby issued a brief statement this evening, assuring fans and supporters that despite the apparent lack of progress, the club remains on course to achieve its aims both on and off the field. The manager of the club added that whilst progress on the field may be slow, it's important to realise we are still a team in transition, recovering from the upheaval of several retirements, and the upgrading of the facilities and the resources that project diverted away from investment in the squad. We have a good young group of players, with some experienced heads alongside, and we feel we are making forward steps as a club. Club Captain and goalkeeper Taavi Litmanen is approaching previous records set by Paakkonen, and is still a fixture in the side, whilst the youngsters are announcing their presence and potential in training daily. The accounts department is also posting good news on a weekly basis, and all this combined can only mean a bright future for Dynamo Groby. It'll be a slow road, but we've always maintained this would be a long term project, and we look forward to reaping the rewards for the patience and hard work shown by all involved with the club.
