In light of the recent heavy investment in training facilities and long term building towards this achievement, much has been made about the future direction of the club, and whether Dynamo will be making a charge at the top. The club would like to take this opportunity to outline the plans for the future, and the next phase of the club development.
Dynamo Groby will not be deviating from their ongoing Finnish project. The club has been on a stable footing throughout this ambitious project, and has come by relative success along the way, it is the great care and attention to detail that has gone into the Finnish project, that has kept the club on an even keel, and made the new infrastructure improvements possible. As a result of this, the club management feels that continuing their approach, of seeking out young Finnish talent, as well as discovering their own youths, and developing them using the upgraded facilities at Vale Park, to become regular first team players. This will allow the club to release funds to further improve the club infrastructure, and also to release funds towards the transfer budget, to bring in youngsters with even higher potential. In this way, we will look to build a competitive squad, to climb the league and challenge for silverware, and further improve the club as a whole.
