An epic last match ended our season. We started well, with our top scorer this season, Dugy Macintosh, scoring in the 5th minute. But this was our only shot for the first half and the opponent's top scorer got two goals in the 10th and 42nd minutes. Dugy levelled the match in the 52nd minute, scoring 2 out of 2 shots. It looked like a draw was destined, leaving us with 4th place but suddenly our mid-season signing, Fayaaz Wafai, scored in the 77th minute, a bit after we had a double substitution of two defenders for weaker ones. Pressure was still on but Dugy completed his hat-trick in the 81st minute to secure the win and third place.

It was not an easy match and this is shown in the match stats: we had just 39% possession, not only that but we scored 4 out of 5 of our shots, compared to 2 out of 7 for our opponents. We got a bit of luck but third is a great achievement and we hope we can continue to perform in Greece. We will stay here for 1, 2 or 3 more seasons before moving on to Scotland, looking for more silverware and challenges.
