(gonna post a season round up for both this season and last season tomorrow).

It's been a very variable season. At one point the top 9 in the league were within 3 points of each other. After 3 consecutive losses earlier in the season we spend big and strengthened all positions. With a 36 rated FL and a 31 rated MO we went on a 15 match unbeaten run and looked title contenders. A sudden dip this morning lost and drew us matches we shouldn't have and has left the title race in the balance.

We are top on 59 points, 3 points ahead of 2nd on 56 who have a game in hand and 5 points ahead of 3rd and 4th. In these last 8 games all the top 5 have/will be playing matches against each other. With my last 3 games of the season being against 2nd, 3rd and 4th place (the teams I lost 3 consecutive matches against, earlier in the season). Our team has a rating as high as 26 now! More than 4 points higher than any other team in our league.

Pheiffer IF, who we have finished second 2 in the last 2 seasons is 5th, 7 points behind us and is out of contention for promotion but could still help us as they have a strong team and matches against 2nd and 4h place.

This result is great for our team who when last in this div 5 group 10 over 4 years ago managed a best finish of 8th. 4th division english football looks like a real possibility now and we hope that our last 3 results will push us to this goal.
