Nelaton Announces Retirement

It is with regret to inform you that FL Olivier Nelaton announced his retirement from football today. 'It is with great sadness that I stop playing' said Olivier Nelaton today at a press conference. The 37 year old player has accepted that his body is not as fast as it used to be, and so he has chosen to end his career when his current contract comes to an end. His contract ends on 1st January 2014 at 20.21. The club values his contribution over the past few seasons scoring 115 goals in 176 matches to date. The club hopes this number will rise over the next week and a half. A statement form the manager was released saying. "i would like to thank Olivier for his hard work and great performances he has put in during his time at the club. i wish him all the best in the future and a very happy retirement".
