Leam Lane FC manager Kieran "Little Ron" Taylor today announced a new training ground "we have just spent 1,500,000 on our brand new Expanded Training Ground, we will continue to help local talents excel and this new training ground will help our prospects reach a good level for us".

Club top scorer Ripleigh Gilis who scored 157 goals in 289 games spoke to us after training "I'm really happy with the new facilities, I believe this will help me reach my potential at my home town club".

The Gateshead based team also made there bow in the Scottish leagues today with mixed results "we've moved up a level with the swap over to Scotland and expect to do well in this division, we hope to be playing in Scottish Cup next season".
