News just breaking from the Oliver Henderson Park in Gateshead that former trainee Dan Glasser has came home for a club record of 225,001 C overturning the previous record by 10,000C for Perry Landeg.

at a press conference the stadium revealing the signing Leam Lane manager Kieran "Little Ron" Taylor had this to say "we our at our highest VIFA ranking ever after 2 5th place finishes, Gilis has become our highest ever goal scorer and now in the same season we have brought in a new record transfer"

fans our understandably happy at bringing the local talent home but questions are asked why he was never signed after promoting through the youth system "mistakes were made and we now pay allot of money for a player we could have had for under 1,000C, this is why we now look after our youths and promote them at this club"

Dan Glasser seemed delighted to come home "i was disappointed not to have got a contract hear when i was younger but i am glad to be back on Tyneside, i've had some good transfers but have been unable to get games i have seen over the last few seasons that i can get them here"
